Quality gates built into every order
Shipment readiness depends on recorded approvals and reviewed inspection results. Goods are not released because someone changed a status.
Supplier review
Manufacturers are reviewed before they can receive requests. Registration alone never makes a supplier verified.
Agreed specifications
Materials, dimensions, finishing, labelling and packaging are recorded on the order and the purchase order.
Sample approval
Where samples are required, bulk production proceeds only after the sample is approved.
Inspections
Pre-production, in-line and pre-shipment inspections follow a checklist with findings and evidence.
Corrective actions
Major and critical findings require corrective action, verification and, where needed, reinspection.
Four-eyes review
Inspection outcomes are confirmed by a second authorized person before they count toward shipment readiness.
What an inspection result means
- 01
Passed
All checklist points met. The goods can proceed once the other readiness requirements are complete.
- 02
Passed with conditions
Minor deviations accepted with recorded conditions (for example, re-labelling specific cartons before loading).
- 03
Failed
Goods do not meet the agreed requirements. Corrective actions are raised and a reinspection is scheduled. Shipment is blocked until resolved.
