These placeholder terms outline the intended structure only. Binding terms, sales contracts and service agreements must be drafted and approved by qualified counsel.

Platform use

The platform lets buyers submit requests and manage orders, and lets approved suppliers respond to sourcing requests assigned to them. Accounts must provide accurate business information.

Commercial relationship

Each order states its commercial model. For managed resale orders, SourcingPi contracts as seller and exporter of record. For sourcing-service engagements, the supplier is the seller and SourcingPi provides services for a disclosed fee. The order's contract governs over these terms.

Quotations

Quotations are valid until the stated date. Acceptance in the platform records your acceptance of the stated version; it is not an electronic signature and the final contract may require signature.

What SourcingPi is not

SourcingPi is not a bank, payment institution, escrow provider, customs authority or carrier. Payment records in the platform do not by themselves prove receipt of funds.
