Refund & Cancellation Policy

Project fees

Each sourcing or procurement project has a written proposal that confirms the scope, deliverables, timeline and fee before any payment is made. The proposal's terms take precedence over this page.

Cancelling a project

You can ask to cancel a project at any time by email. Work already completed and costs already committed on your behalf up to the date of cancellation may be chargeable, as set out in your proposal.

Monthly support

Ongoing procurement support is governed by a written agreement that defines the notice period and cancellation terms.

Third-party costs

Supplier, sample, laboratory, inspection, freight, customs, tax, travel and other third-party charges are paid to, or on behalf of, those providers and are refundable only to the extent the provider refunds them.
