Suppliers who register with Sourcing Pi are reviewed before they can receive any sourcing request. Registration alone never makes a supplier verified.

- The depth of verification depends on the evidence available and the checks commissioned. Document review or online research alone does not guarantee a supplier's financial stability, product quality or future performance.
- Any third-party audit, site visit, laboratory test or inspection should be separately scoped and confirmed.
